Modulease was chosen by Smugglers Notch Resort to provide modular corporate offices on their site. This project consisted of 5,000 square feet of office space.

Also, Modulease provided handicap ramps and decks for handicap accessibility. The ramps and decks were built to custom specifications required by the State of Vermont.

The project consisted of design, build out and installation to meet an aggressive schedule.
