The Town of Norton chose Modulease to provide and install a modular executive office for the water department. This project consisted of 3,600 square feet of office space.

Modular construction was the solution for this project, due to a remote location with very challenging conditions.

This turn-key project consisted of design, engineering, build out and installation providing an ADA accessible, permanent office space.
